The Best Achiever’s Award is frequently given to honor an individual’s life experiences, extraordinary contributions to society, or lifetime achievement in their industry.
CRITERIA OF BEST ACHIEVER'S AWARD ELIGIBILITY
The IPBR committee will make a decision based on your achievements and profile. All organizations, regardless of size (big, medium, or small), whether they work in manufacturing, trading, services, or professions; whether they are in the public or private sector; whether they are in the government; or whether they are in the non-profit or service sectors, which encompass all areas of our industry. Individuals from all industries can apply for the personal categories. Entry submissions are open to all groups and people worldwide.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO PROCESS YOUR AWARD
After registering, submit an application for the Best Achiever’s Award. For us to process your claim, you must send us the necessary documents:
- Applications should be submitted through online registration form on www.indiaproudbookofrecords.com
- One Photo for Certificate (Soft copy)
- One page writes up about yourself to publish on Magic Book of Record website and Facebook page
- One Valid id proof
- Achievements Report and Proof of Documents related achievements
- Provide your Correspondence Address with Name, House/Flat No, Society/Village/Colony, Street, Post, Tehsil, District, State, Pincode, Communicated Mobile No.
- All rules and regulation and terms and conditions must be follows by the Applicant :- T&C and Rules & Regulation .
ALL BENEFITS FOR BEST ACHIEVER'S AWARD OF IPPR
If you are nominated and chosen for Awards after the registration procedure is complete, you will be presented with:
- A unique CERTIFICATE, TROPHY, MEDAL
- A Honor Badge
- You can attend our Live Award Ceremony, or we will send your award as TROPHY, CERTIFICATE and MEDAL by courier or Speed Post about 20-30 working days after registration work has completed by yourself.
- We will list your name and award details on our website at www.indiaproudbookofrecords.com.
- Some of other articles to show off your proud.
- This award will make you feel proud that you have made significant contribution to the society.
- With this award, you will guide people as a source of inspiration for them.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Each candidate has to fill separate registration form.
- Registration Fee Rs. 2999/- .
- All payments should be made by online payment.
- Once paid registration fee will not be refunded after confirmed your nomination
- All the candidates should send their details of registration fee on our Whatsapp No. 9821439867 for confirmation.
- Once the process of registration is completed with payment confirmation, our team will contact you.
- We don’t support smoking tobacco, use of alcohol and any type of drugs.
- Register a mobile number in your application form which has an active WhatsApp, so that we can send all the information on that number. Always use the same number for any conversation with us. If you use another contact no. for query then you have to update that contact no. with us.
- India Proud Book of Record reserves the right to use the awardees’ photographs and videos for their own benefit. No issues will be entertained in this regard.
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel or make changes in any programs, Dates or venues due to any natural calamities or any reasons beyond their control, without prior notice.
